Important instructions
For initial inquiries, please always wait for a response from us first. Please do not submit multiple inquiries. We process an extremely high volume of requests daily, so longer waiting times may sometimes occur. Please also check your spam folder for our reply.
Shipping: For hardware products, you will receive an email with the tracking number on the evening of shipment. For software products, you will receive your license code after payment has been received and a short processing time has elapsed.
Invoice: The invoice will be sent to you separately by email. Please keep it for your records. The delivery note is always included with the goods.
