You now have two options:

1. Chat*: We answer your questions in the chat: See speech bubble bottom right! Report Sign up so you'll receive our reply by email. Otherwise, our reply will only appear in your active browser window. If you don't see the speech bubble, please use the second option. 

2nd email*: Send us a message team@ebiketuningshop.com This will also give you easy access to our fast ticket system! Please describe your issue as precisely as possible (order number, engine version, pictures of the engine and display).

Important: When submitting your first inquiry, please always wait for a response from us first. Please do not submit multiple inquiries. Since we're in peak season and the only ones who can provide decent support in this area, we process an extremely high volume of requests daily. Therefore, there may be some wait time. Please check your spam folder for a response.

Attention: If you were already a customer before June 2021, you must get a new Account because we have changed the entire shop system.

Shipping: You will receive an email with the tracking number on the evening of dispatch.

Bill: The invoice will usually be sent to you by email. Please keep it for your records.
