EBikeBooster - Tuning for Heinzmann DirectPower motors and ELFEI V3 conversion kits
The EBikeBooster from the BlackPed development team is a software tuning tool specifically for Heinzmann DirectPower rear-wheel motors, such as those used in the popular ELFEI V3 conversion kits. This motor normally only supports speeds up to 25 km/h, but with the EBikeBooster, you can remove the speed limit and ride much faster with full motor support!
Another major advantage of the EBikeBooster is that the e-bike display continues to accurately display the current speed (and all other data). Furthermore, the starting assistance can be individually adjusted to a value of 1-15 km/h (normally, the starting assistance only supports speeds up to 6 km/h). Furthermore, the EBikeBooster is very easy to install; the motor doesn't need to be removed, and no prior technical knowledge is required. Simply connect the booster to the e-bike and adjust the settings using the control buttons – that's it! Afterward, the EBikeBooster needs to be removed (the tool doesn't remain on the bike). Your Heinzmann DirectPower motor is now tuned, and you can hit the ground running, without any speed limit! Of course, you can undo the tuning at any time – simply reconnect the EBikeBooster and adjust the settings accordingly.
The EBikeBooster is currently only available in a version specifically for Heinzmann DirectPower engines – so you can also make ELFEI V3 e-bikes faster with this tuning tool.
Please keep in mind:
- Each EBikeBooster is limited to 1 system.
- When you connect the EBikeBooster to your e-bike, it will be paired with that vehicle and can no longer be used on any other bike.
- Changes can be made to the connected e-bike as often as you like using the EBikeBooster.
- However, it is possible to unpair the EBikeBooster from your e-bike. You can then use the tuning tool on another e-bike.
- However, only one system can be optimized at a time with the EBikeBooster.
