The installation is basically carried out by removing the original controller and display and installing the EdisonEvo-components.
Remove the original controller and original display.
Install SpeedMaster controller and compatible display
Connect the wiring according to the instructions.
Perform self-learning function or basic configuration
Test the scooter and adjust the setup in the app.
Practical tip
If the motor rotates backwards after installation, depending on the platform, it may be necessary to swap individual motor cables; the self-learning process must then be repeated.
If necessary, disassembly is generally possible. For this, the original parts should be stored in a dry, clean, and antistatic environment.
EdisonEvo This significantly increases the scooter's performance limits. Operating a modified e-scooter on public roads is prohibited in many countries and is done at your own risk. Use should only occur where legally permitted.
