The SpeedMaster 365 from EdisonEvo is a comprehensive tuning kit specifically designed for various Ninebot and Xiaomi e-scooter models (and some clones). The kit consists of the main components: a controller, display, and the necessary cables. There are three main versions: V1, V2, and V3, which are tailored to different models, but each is backward compatible, allowing newer versions to be used with older models.
SpeedMaster 365 V1
This version is ideal for older Xiaomi models such as the Xiaomi 3, Xiaomi M365, Xiaomi 1S, and Xiaomi 2 Pro. The kit enables fundamental performance improvements and is a cost-effective solution for users looking to optimize their older e-scooters.
SpeedMaster 365 V2
The V2 offers an improved performance increase of up to 30% and is also compatible with the first generations of the Xiaomi 4 Gen1 and 4 Lite Gen1 models. This set supports both 10s (36-42V) and 12s (43.2-50.4V) batteries and automatically adapts to the motor. Tuning is controlled via a modern display and a Bluetooth app.
SpeedMaster 365 V3
The most advanced version, V3, is designed for the latest models such as the first-generation Xiaomi 4 Pro, 4 Ultra, and 4 Lite, as well as all second-generation Xiaomi 4 e-scooters. This kit maximizes power gains, improves climbing ability, and offers flexible speed adjustments between 6 km/h, 15 km/h, 20/25 km/h, and the maximum power. The V3 is backward compatible and can also be used on older models supported by V1 and V2. It is still under development and is expected in the coming weeks.
All versions of the SpeedMaster 365 set include everything necessary for installation, including controller, display and cables, thus enabling a simple and effective performance upgrade of your e-scooter.
Differentiation of the generations of Xiaomi 4 e-scooters
When tuning your e-scooter, it's important to know the correct generation of your Xiaomi 4 model to ensure you select the appropriate tuning options. While there's no need to differentiate between generations for Ninebot models like the G30D and G30D 2 (2nd generation), the SpeedMaster 4 V2 is required for the 365nd generation Xiaomi 3 models.
Important features to distinguish the Xiaomi 4 e-scooter generations:
- Integrated indicators:
- 2. Generation: It features integrated turn signals mounted on the handlebars or side panels and controlled via buttons on the handlebars. This safety feature is exclusive to the 2nd generation. However, not all 2nd generation e-scooters have turn signals.
- 1. Generation: In any case, there are no integrated indicators.
- Design Changes:
- 2. Generation: Improved handlebars with greater width for better control, modernized charging ports, often with magnetic covers, and larger displays with more information.
- 1. Generation: Standard handlebars, simple charging ports and smaller displays without advanced display options.
- Engine power and battery capacity:
- 2. Generation: Higher motor power (up to 900W peak) and larger battery capacities, resulting in improved range and performance.
- 1. Generation: Lower motor power (up to 700W peak) and smaller battery capacities, which reduces the range.
- Software and app integration:
- 2. Generation: Enhanced with additional features via the Xiaomi Home app, including detailed driving statistics and advanced control options.
- 1. Generation: Basic functions via the app without advanced settings.

Easy installation and dismantling
Tuning with EdisonEvo Speedmaster365 is relatively easy to install thanks to clear instructions and installation videos. It includes the following steps:
1. Remove the original controller and display.
2. Installation of the SpeedMaster365 controller and display.
3. Perform the self-learning function to optimally adjust the motor control.
4. The scooter is now tuned and ready to use.
Should a retrofit be necessary, this can be easily done so that the scooter can be used again in full compliance with German road traffic regulations. Store all parts in a dry, antistatic place.
Safety and legal information
EdisonEvo Increases the performance limits of your e-scooter, which also carries certain risks. Higher speeds require more caution when riding outside of the traffic regulations. It is also important to strictly adhere to the legal requirements of the respective country, as tuning e-scooters on public roads is prohibited in many countries. Therefore, use should only be permitted on private property or on designated trails.
