With MESC You don't need an app, no registration, and no prior knowledge. Many models can be unlocked immediately after installing the chip – others offer you full control via a web browser or key combination. Tuning remains deactivated until you deliberately activate it – ideal for discreet operation.
What is MESC?
MESC is an intelligent, modular tuning system that communicates directly with your scooter's firmware. Unlike simple dongles, MESC on optimized hardware and software that has been individually developed for each model. Your vehicle remains fully retrofittable – without invasive interventions.
As is MESC enabled?
After switching on, the tuning basically deactivated – you can turn it off and on again at any time (“German Maneuver”). It is activated when the vehicle is stationary via a defined shortcut (e.g., 6× brake + 6× accelerator), or – depending on the model – via browser, light, or continuous operation. The combination depends on the model and is explained in the manual. Many models acknowledge successful activation with an acoustic signal.
Important: After initial installation, you should run the scooter for at least Leave off for 3 minutesbefore you start it – this allows the system to initialize correctly.
