SpeedBox - Tuning modules for many e-bike engines

Under the brand name SpeedBox Tuning modules are offered for e-bikes from a wide range of manufacturers - e.g. for models from Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano, Brose, Panasonic and Bafang. The SpeedBox from the Czech company EBike Electronic. These processor-controlled tuning tools increase the maximum motor support of the respective e-bikes. SpeedBox 1.0, however, has the small disadvantage that the e-bike display only shows half of the actual speed when tuned. This problem is not resolved with the new SpeedBox 3.0 (and SpeedBox 2.0) – with these tuning tools, most values are displayed correctly (current speed, range, daily distance, maximum and average speed, etc.). SpeedBox 2.0 can be conveniently switched on or off using the e-bike's control buttons (depending on the drive system, via the walk or light button). SpeedBox 3.0 for Bosch Gen4 engines, the maximum speed can even be set to an individually selected value. SpeedBox "B" products can also be combined with an app, which significantly expands the range of functions.

The installation of all SpeedBox Tuning devices are connected via the original connectors, whereby accidental misconnection is practically impossible thanks to the form-fitting connectors. SpeedBox Modules can be easily installed by the user, and no diagnostics are required during installation. According to the manufacturer, SpeedBox Tuning Tools uses only high-quality electrical components from world-renowned manufacturers. The microcomputer that SpeedBox controlled, was even originally certified for the automotive industry!

IMPORTANT: The manufacturer advises against performing software updates on any e-bikes.

For all B-Tuning modules with Bluetooth chip, the SpeedBox Smartphone app can be used.

2) SpeedBox Tuning Overview

SpeedBox Products are offered in several model series. The model series is identified by the number SpeedBox Module.

SpeedBox 3.x: The series SpeedBox 3.x unlocks the speed limit of 25 km/h, displays the correct speed and at the same time allows the maximum speed to be set as desired.

SpeedBox 2.x: The models SpeedBox 2.x offer the lifting of the speed limit and show the correct speed.

SpeedBox 1.x: The series SpeedBox 1.x Allows easy unlocking of the speed limit. The shared speed is displayed (sometimes frozen values are also displayed).

SpeedBox B.Tuning: An extension is the B.Tuning with Bluetooth, which is designed to connect the electric bike with a smartphone. SpeedBox A Bluetooth chip is integrated into the module. Thanks to the SpeedBox The app keeps you one step ahead with your e-bike. The app also includes additional features.
