The Super Dongles, also called “Splugs" are innovative tuning dongles that allow you to remove the 25 km/h speed limit of many well-known e-bike brands. What makes the Super Dongles special is their ingenious fastening mechanism, in which the dongles are attached to the mount using a magnet.
In contrast to traditional tuning modules or chips, which must be permanently installed on the e-bike, dongles have the great advantage that all tuning-relevant hardware and software components can be removed from the e-bike within seconds (only the wiring harness and bracket remain on the bike itself). After removing the dongle, the e-bike instantly regains its legal handling characteristics;
Max speed is limited to 25 km/h again.

Splug deducted = tuning deactivated (legal max speed only up to 25 km/h):
Revolutionary fastening mechanism
The revolutionary feature of the Super Dongle is its magnetic attachment mechanism, making it much easier to attach and remove than with previous tuning dongles. When attached, the dongle virtually pulls itself toward the mount via magnetic force, and it can be removed just as easily.
The magnetic connection is rock-solid and completely waterproof. Even off-road in difficult weather conditions, we had no problems at all.
The Super Dongles are so compact that they can be easily stored in your pocket or backpack after removal (if you ever lose the dongle, you can always order a replacement dongle).
By the way: The Super Dongles are considered to be extremely reliable and have proven themselves in extensive test drives – especially with Bosch Smart System E-Bikes, which have anti-tuning software integrated, proved to be the “Splug“ as one of the few tuning solutions that almost never generated errors.
No wonder, because the tuning principle of the Super Dongles corresponds to that of the popular MountainTuning These are solutions that have proven themselves to be extremely effective (e.g., "MTT Smart Sensor" or "MTT Smart Chip"). This means there is no direct intervention in the engine electronics, but rather only the sensor signal, which is then passed on in a modified form. This essentially overrides and cancels the preset speed limit.
