Important: Our new product, the EBT Unlock Key, is a digital license key for removing the speed limit on Bosch e-bike motors of generations 1 to 4 (Bosch Tuning Software). Activation is conveniently done via USB connection in the browser – without the need for an app or additional hardware. International distribution is handled by MountainTuning.com and is aimed at tech-savvy users around the world. Thanks to the numerous language versions, our offering is accessible to a broad international audience.

This is how you do it: Find out the exact designation of your motor (read the manual and/or data sheet of the e-bike)! Now turn the Filter im Shop on your engine! Or: Read the Guide Completely! Experience shows that you'll know 80% more than before!

You now have two options:

1. Chat*: We answer your questions in the chat: See speech bubble bottom right! Report Sign up so you'll receive our reply by email. Otherwise, our reply will only appear in your active browser window. If you don't see the speech bubble, please use the second option... 

2nd email*: Send us a message team@ebiketuningshop.com This will also give you easy access to our fast ticket system! Please describe your issue as precisely as possible (order number, engine version, pictures of the engine and display).

Important: When submitting your first inquiry, please always wait for a response from us first. Please do not submit multiple inquiries. We process an extremely high volume of requests every day. Therefore, wait times may sometimes be longer. Please check your spam folder for a response from us.

Attention: If you were already a customer before June 2021, you must get a new Account because we have changed the entire shop system.

Shipping: You will receive an email with the tracking number on the evening of dispatch.

Bill: The invoice will be sent to you separately via email. Please keep it for your records. The delivery note is always included with the goods.
