Strictly speaking, it all began in early 2013, with a brief purchase consultation from an e-bike dealer "Just buy a pedelec and then tune it!" Well, we bought a Pedelec – and were a bit perplexed afterward. What should we do? What e-bike tuning options were available, and where could we get the necessary tools? After some research, we quickly realized, to our disappointment, that there actually wasn't a shop dedicated primarily and specifically to the topic of "e-bike tuning." So we took action ourselves and launched our own online shop.
We were soon able to offer our customers a whole range of recommended tuning tools. We started with the classic Sx2 dongle, followed soon by the Badass Box, ASA Speed - and almost simultaneously the JUM-Ped. We also took over complete support early on, as there was no one else to support them. This allowed our knowledge and experience in e-bike tuning to grow steadily. This was followed by the BlackPed products, which later became, for example, the RedPed Finally, in 2016, we exchanged our "garage" for a larger office with a shipping room and warehouse. Another exclusive highlight was the Mountain Tuning tool (MTT). With the current RedPed With this module, we've even entered a whole new dimension of e-bike tuning: "Smart E-Bike Tuning." Further products are in preparation, and existing products are continuously being developed further.
We now carry well over 20 tuning brands. No fewer than a dozen tuning products are even available exclusively in our shop. Incidentally, we began offering not only e-bike tuning tools in the narrow sense, but also the corresponding tools and chainrings, as early as 2015. This makes us the most comprehensive shop in this area for a long time. Thanks to our broad range and extensive experience in e-bike tuning, our support team is ready and can provide effective and fast assistance with virtually any conceivable problem.
