For customers from Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using a service like MeinEinkauf.ch or Grenzpaket.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. It's best to register for this before registering with MeinEinkauf.ch/EbikeTuningShopAn alternative would be Grenzpaket.ch!
Information on processing via MeinEinkauf.ch:
1. Simply register at MeinEinkauf.ch. You will receive a personal email address (firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch).
2. Using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.
3. Place your order in our shop by providing your personal email address firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch
4. Please use only the following shipping AND billing address:

In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.
5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.
At the same time, the MeinEinkauf.ch team will remain informed about the status of your order in order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.
You can view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on MeinEinkauf.ch under "My Orders."
6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our EBikeTuningShop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch along with your goods.
Important: Returns must be declared and paid for via MeinEinkauf.ch or by yourself at customs, otherwise we cannot accept them.
