PearTune MSO 3.0 for Giant
The GIANT SyncDrive SPORT and PRO e-bike drives are known for their power. However, many people are annoyed by the annoying speed limit, which can literally put a damper on the fun of riding. In this case, we recommend tuning tools like the brand-new PearTune MSO 3.0. This effective tuning module completely removes the 25 km/h speed limit, allowing your GIANT motor to finally reach its full potential ("MSO" stands for "Max Speed Off"). This makes e-bike riding truly fun!
You can easily activate the tuning at any time using the WALK button on your e-bike. If you own a model without a WALK button, you can PearTune MSO 3.0 for GIANT is also available in the special “Still On” version – with this version, the tuning is activated automatically as soon as you turn on the bike.
By the way: Even with the tuning module switched on, the display of your GIANT e-bike will still show the correct speed (many tuning tools on the market only show half of the actual speed).
The PearTune MSO 3.0 for GIANT can be installed by yourself, and accidental misconnection is not possible.

PearTune MSO 3.0 for Giant – Compatibility
This tuning tool is compatible with the following GIANT e-bike drive systems: SyncDrive SPORT, PRO & CORE with Ride Control ONE, EVO and CHARGE displays (models 2017-2022).
Even with engines, displays and software of the very latest GIANT generation (model year 2022), the PearTune MSO 3.0 was successfully tested. No error codes were generated.

The PearTune MSO 3.0 for GIANT is offered in two versions:
- There is the normal version ("Display"), where the tuning can be switched on and off using the WALK button.
- For GIANT e-bikes without a WALK button, there is the “Still On” variant, where the tuning is always active as soon as you turn on the bike.
Important: Please DO NOT perform a software update on your GIANT e-bike drive system! The tuning may no longer work afterward. We also advise against using the Ride Control app, as the app could force an automatic software update!

Tools
To install an E-Bike tuning chip in your E-Bike it is sometimes special tools necessary. Please check previously whether you have to open the engine compartment to access the motor connectors. This is especially true for products from the Modules, Kit, Dongle and Sensor.
Normally (but not always) opening the engine compartment requires loosening the crank. To do this, you will need a Crank puller. Some engines also have a Spider Tool This is important for opening the lock ring on the chainring - because the chainring must be loosened here so that the motor cover can be removed to access the inside of the motor. If you want to replace the chainring (wear, change the gear ratio), you often need a Spider Tool. The necessary special tools can also be found in our shop. To remove the engine cover, you usually need a Torx or Allen key. For installing the modules, appropriate Pliers from the electronics sector.
Do you decide not for a tuning solution that you have to install in the engine compartment (Box, Software), there is no need for any tools. In our Guide you will find further tips.

Important information on tuning measures for e-bikes and e-scooters
We expressly point out that any modification to e-bikes and e-scooters – whether through hardware tuning (e.g. tuning chips, dongles, sensor adapters) or software tuning (e.g. apps, programs or USB tools) – can have consequences.
Tuning measures on e-bikes and e-scooters mean that they are no longer permitted for use on public roads as defined by the StVZO (Road Traffic Licensing Regulations). Legal use is therefore only possible on private property or - if permitted - in competitions. Riding an e-bike or e-scooter modified by tuning measures on public roads can lead to criminal liability for driving without a license (Section 21 of the Road Traffic Act) and driving without insurance (Section 6 of the PflVG). Tuning measures on e-bikes can lead to the loss of warranty rights and manufacturer guarantees. Furthermore, tuning measures can lead to the loss of insurance coverage and benefits from accident victim assistance in the event of an accident. The e-bike (or e-scooter) modified by tuning measures is subject to additional stress due to the higher speed, which can lead to safety risks.

Delivery takes 1-3 business days within Germany. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 8 business days. Delivery times outside Germany may take longer. Please understand that due to high demand, some products may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping:
Shipping costs for Germany are €4,90; shipping is waived for orders over €180. For countries within the EU, shipping costs are €12,90; shipping is waived for orders over €2.000. We currently do not ship to countries outside the EU. We also do not ship to the USA, France, or Canada (including any overseas territories). We ask that you bear the costs of any return shipments yourself. Please note that customs duties may apply in countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value:

Payment in advance via bank transfer:
