sIMPLEk Pro for Brose
This tuning module is a recommendable and above all inexpensive solution if you simply want to reduce the annoying speed limit of your Brose E-Bikes – no more, but also no less. After installation, the sIMPLEk PRO module completely removes the speed limit, so that you can finally access the full potential of your Brose Motors. The functionality of this tool is limited to the absolute essentials.
Compared to some other inexpensive tuning tools, the real speed remains sIMPLEk Pro can still be read even when tuning is activated - although not 1:1, but (from a speed of 20 km/h) via the second digit and the first decimal place of your e-bike speedometer.
Other values such as maximum speed and distance traveled / total distance are also displayed correctly, but these parameters are only adjusted after approximately 1 minute of standstill.
When you turn on your e-bike, it is sIMPLEk Module is always deactivated initially. To activate the tuning, you must Brose First, turn on the e-bike. Immediately afterward, put the e-bike into deep sleep mode by holding down the power button on the control unit or battery for at least 3 seconds. Wait 5 seconds and turn the e-bike back on. A 10 km/h speed display will now appear, indicating that tuning has been activated.
Important note: sIMPLEk “Pro” tuning modules are finished products – in contrast to the previous sIMPLEk So you don't need any tools to assemble this module yourself.
The sIMPLEk Pro tuning module is Made in Germany.
Easy installation
The installation of this tuning module is quite simple and can be done by yourself. Basically, you only have to pull a plug on the engine and sIMPLEk interpose.
To install the module you will need a Torx 20 socket wrench, an 8 mm Allen key and possibly a crank puller (if the crank cannot be removed by hand).
Advantage: After installation, the tuning module is not visible from the outside.
After installation, a one-time calibration is necessary so that the correct speed can be read for each wheel circumference.

Tools
To install an E-Bike tuning chip in your E-Bike it is sometimes special tools necessary. Please check previously whether you have to open the engine compartment to access the motor connectors. This is especially true for products from the Modules, Kit, Dongle and Sensor.
Normally (but not always) opening the engine compartment requires loosening the crank. To do this, you will need a Crank puller. Some engines also have a Spider Tool This is important for opening the lock ring on the chainring - because the chainring must be loosened here so that the motor cover can be removed to access the inside of the motor. If you want to replace the chainring (wear, change the gear ratio), you often need a Spider Tool. The necessary special tools can also be found in our shop. To remove the engine cover, you usually need a Torx or Allen key. For installing the modules, appropriate Pliers from the electronics sector.
Do you decide not for a tuning solution that you have to install in the engine compartment (Box, Software), there is no need for any tools. In our Guide you will find further tips.

Important information on tuning measures for e-bikes and e-scooters
We expressly point out that any modification to e-bikes and e-scooters – whether through hardware tuning (e.g. tuning chips, dongles, sensor adapters) or software tuning (e.g. apps, programs or USB tools) – can have consequences.
Tuning measures on e-bikes and e-scooters mean that they are no longer permitted for use on public roads as defined by the StVZO (Road Traffic Licensing Regulations). Legal use is therefore only possible on private property or - if permitted - in competitions. Riding an e-bike or e-scooter modified by tuning measures on public roads can lead to criminal liability for driving without a license (Section 21 of the Road Traffic Act) and driving without insurance (Section 6 of the PflVG). Tuning measures on e-bikes can lead to the loss of warranty rights and manufacturer guarantees. Furthermore, tuning measures can lead to the loss of insurance coverage and benefits from accident victim assistance in the event of an accident. The e-bike (or e-scooter) modified by tuning measures is subject to additional stress due to the higher speed, which can lead to safety risks.

Delivery takes 1-3 business days within Germany. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 8 business days. Delivery times outside Germany may take longer. Please understand that due to high demand, some products may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping:
Shipping costs for Germany are €4,90; shipping is waived for orders over €180. For countries within the EU, shipping costs are €12,90; shipping is waived for orders over €2.000. We currently do not ship to countries outside the EU. We also do not ship to the USA, France, or Canada (including any overseas territories). We ask that you bear the costs of any return shipments yourself. Please note that customs duties may apply in countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value:
The minimum order value is €25. Only above this amount are advance payment, PayPal, and bank transfer available as payment methods.
Maximum order value:
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is €1.000. The maximum order value within the EU is €12.500.
Payment in advance via bank transfer:
Please transfer the total amount, including your order number, to our account, which was communicated to you in the confirmation email. Please note that transfers within Germany can take up to three business days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria, usually reach us very quickly. Transfers from other countries can take slightly longer on average.
