Turn tuning on and off
The SpeedBox Version 3.0 can be operated directly via the e-bike:

Deactivate: Press the WALK button again – the display briefly shows 2.5 km/h
After deactivation, the e-bike returns to its original state with a 25 km/h speed limit.

Customize maximum speed settings
The maximum supported speed can be configured directly via the control buttons. To do this, enter the following sequence:
Turbo – EMTB – Tour – Eco – Tour – EMTB – Turbo
The currently set speed limit will then be displayed. The adjustment will then take place:

Important notice for Bosch Gen4 from 2020 onwards

To install an E-Bike tuning chip in your E-Bike it is sometimes special tools necessary. Please check previously whether you have to open the engine compartment to access the motor connectors. This is especially true for products from the Modules, Kit, Dongle and Sensor.
Normally (but not always) opening the engine compartment requires loosening the crank. To do this, you will need a Crank puller. Some engines also have a Spider Tool This is important for opening the lock ring on the chainring - because the chainring must be loosened here so that the motor cover can be removed to access the inside of the motor. If you want to replace the chainring (wear, change the gear ratio), you often need a Spider Tool. The necessary special tools can also be found in our shop. To remove the engine cover, you usually need a Torx or Allen key. For installing the modules, appropriate Pliers from the electronics sector.

Tuning measures on e-bikes can lead to the loss of warranty rights and manufacturer guarantees.
