The SpeedMaster 365 conversion kit replaces the original controller and display with new, much more powerful components. Installation is easy and, with a little skill, can be done by yourself. The parameters of the SpeedMaster tuning can be conveniently controlled via app; the connection is made via Bluetooth.

Of course, the e-scooter can be returned to its original condition at any time. Simply remove the SpeedMaster components and reinstall the old controller and original display.

Please note that riding tuned e-scooters is only permitted on private property or in areas outside of the road traffic regulations.

When Cruise Control is activated, your scooter will maintain its current speed after 10 seconds of constant acceleration. Pressing the accelerator or brake instantly deactivates the cruise control.
• Easy tuning Activation: Simply hold down the brake and power buttons for 2 seconds to activate the tuning (speed limit is removed). You can deactivate the tuning the same way. If you want, you can also turn the tuning on and off via the app.
• Enter Password (4 digits) to protect the Speedmaster Tuning from unauthorized access. If necessary, you can even generate a secondary password for a second user.
• Start mode adjustable: If you want, you can activate the "Non-Zero Start" function. In this case, you can start the scooter like a kick scooter, with one foot on the footboard while the other foot pushes off. Of course, you can turn this mode off at any time.
• Installation: All necessary adapters, cables, and parts (new controller & new display) are included. No soldering required. With a little patience and skill, you can also install the tuning kit yourself (if you prefer, you can also have it professionally installed at a trusted scooter repair shop).

Additional features:

-"Set Battery Type" / "Battery Numbers"Note: Depending on the battery's specifications, it's possible to switch between 10 and 12 cell rows. When determining the number of cell rows, refer to the manufacturer's specifications (if in doubt, consult the battery manufacturer). An incorrect specification could affect the battery's lifespan or lead to other errors.

-Polar logarithmNote: The motor has magnets that must be synchronized with the motor controller to function properly. By default, there are 14 magnet pairs and 28 polarities, but this can vary depending on the motor type. Most models are compatible with this default setting, so it usually doesn't need to be changed. However, if you change the number of magnets or polarities, the motor controller settings will also need to be adjusted (see the user manual for more information).

-Self-learning function: With the automated self-learning process, the SpeedMaster 365 controller determines the motor parameters of your e-scooter. Important: This process must be performed during the first use of the SpeedMaster! 

Proceed as follows:

• Turn off the e-scooter. Make sure the scooter is on a stable, level surface.
• Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.
• The drive wheel starts to rotate slowly for a few seconds and then stops automatically.
• The wheel then rotates slowly in the opposite direction for a few seconds and then stops automatically.
• A beep indicates that the self-learning process is complete.

Installation

The SpeedMaster 365 is a tuning conversion kit that requires replacing the e-scooter's original controller and display with new, much more powerful components. This massively increases the performance of the e-bike drive (all necessary cables and connectors are included). With a little patience and skill, you can install it yourself using standard tools. This video shows you how:

Speedmaster 365 installation instructions

1. In the area of ​​the footboard: Unscrew the battery cover
2. Disconnect the battery cable
3. Disconnect the cable from the controller
4. Unscrew and remove the controller
5. Replace the old controller with the SpeedMaster 365. Use the existing screws.
6. In the handlebar area: Remove the dashboard cover (e.g. with a cutter knife) and then loosen the screws on the circuit board.
7. Disconnect the 4 cables so that the circuit board can be removed.
8. Replace the old controller connection cable with the new cable from the kit (simply push it into the stem).
9. Connect the cables to the SpeedMaster controller. Make sure to connect the battery cable last.
10. Complete the SpeedMaster installation by connecting the dashboard socket.
11. Screw the dashboard back into its compartment and attach the cover.
12. That's it - the installation is complete!
